The first time I'd been to a ballet - and, despite being a 3 act 2 1/4 hour performance, I was hooked the whole way through. The whole thing (dance, music, multimedia) was very well done. I'll be buying the album now as the music will remind me of the various scenes.
I'm now being told I must go to a "proper" ballet - so it looks like the Nutcracker at Christmas this year.
Rather looking forward to it.

KORG M3 only - Enjoy the Silence
This is a work in progress - but shows what you can do with just the Korg M3.
There are two bass tracks running (both through the Radias board) and some samples (re-sampled with additional white noise and reverb through the M3) of TR909 drums to give the "club" sound. Still - of the 16 instrument limit - this is only running at fourteen.
The whole song was created and played from the Korg's internal sequencer. It's very powerful ... and certainly more "visual" than the MC50 based sequencer I used to use on the XP-50. However - some of the "press here and edit" features suffer from running on a small screen.

Working on DM's "Corrupt"
Corrupt by Kieron Edwards
This is an early version and the timing isn't perfect ... I've another song to finish and then I'm returning to this.
There's a nice (minimalist) version of them playing it in the studio here:

Hmmm .... as soon as Zelda's out on it
It's going to be something of a nostalgia attack for anyone that owned a N64. Mario kart is confirmed already as is Zelda (and the best one they ever did), Starfox64 plus a Mario game (based on Galaxy? Lord I hope so). Just chuck in a Metroid game and I'm totally sold.
Fairlight on my iPad!
Finally - I get to play what was, in the 80's, £20,000 worth of synth. So many of the sounds were used in records I bought. Major nostalgia attack!
